  1. This zip-file contains 41 Files of AmiPro Macros and style sheets. 
  2. All macros were created in Version 2.0 or Version 3.0.
  3. They should run in both. Below is list of the files and a description.
  4. NOTE: The auto letter macro has several files.

  10.     _Autoltr.sty    Style sheet that starts the Auto Letter Macro
  11.     Autolet1.sty    Modified _Letter1.sty used with Auto Letter Macro
  12.     Autolet2.sty    Modified _Letter2.sty used with Auto Letter Macro
  13.     Autolet3.sty    Modified _Letter3.sty used with Auto Letter Macro
  14.     Autolet4.sty    Modified _Letter4.sty used with Auto Letter Macro
  15.     Autolett.smm    The Auto letter macro

  17. The above files are all necessary for the Auto Letter Macro to work.  This
  18. Macro collects all necessary information through a series of dialog boxes
  19. to format a letter.  This macro was modeled after the Automated Letter 
  20. template in WinWord 1.1.  Four style sheets are available for auto 
  21. formating. The default information is stored in the Amipro.INI file in the 
  22. windows directory.

  24.     ST.SMM          Types a superscripted st as in 1st
  25.     ND.SMM          Types a superscripted nd as in 2nd
  26.     RD.SMM          Types a superscripted rd as in 3rd
  27.     TH.SMM          Types a superscripted th as in 4th etc.
  28.     SAVETOB.SMM     Saves the current document and Copies it to B:\
  29.     SAVETOC.SMM     Saves the current document on B: to C:\amipro\docs
  30.     CHNGCASE.SMM    Toggles the case of initial letter of current word
  31.     TYPESET.SMM     Prints Alphabet samples of available fonts. Allows
  32.             you to choose point size and characters including
  33.             ANSI character set.
  34.     CLIPCAT.SMM     Copies Clipart in all file formats Amipro supports
  35.             into a table with the filename under the picture
  36.             Fits 20 to a page.
  37.     WORKSHET.SMM    Creates a Math Worksheet for Elementary school 
  38.             children (great for Teachers!).  Uses +, -, *, & /.
  39.             Allows for one or both numbers to be random.  Uses
  40.             either vertical or horizontal formant with 18, 36
  41.             or 50 problems per page.  Can also mix problem types
  42.     SMARTYPE.SMM    Adds a routine to check insure double spaces after 
  43.             each sentence.  This routing was added to the macro
  44.             provided with AmiPro 2.0 and 3.0
  45.     CHGDOCFT.SMM    Changes the font of all text in the document and
  46.             offers to change the paragraph styles as well.
  47.     FRAMMACS.SMM    Similar to FRAMGLOS.SMM included with AmiPro 3.0.
  48.             However instead of storing the frame in a separate
  49.             document, the frame definition is recorded in a 
  50.             macro. It can't store the frame contents, but
  51.             its fast.
  52.     _APACOUR.STY    Style sheet for American Psychological Assn. format
  53.     COLORS.SAM      This file uses all the default colors in the AmiPro
  54.             Color palette. Great for printing color samples.

  56. The Psych* macros are for manipulating searches downloaded from the 
  57. PSYCHLIT CD database of Psychological Abstracts I have re-written these macros 
  58. and they should work for anyone who knows how to download PsychLit Abstracts.
  59. If you have questions about using these send a message to my E-mail or write
  60. to the address below.  The files are as follows:

  62.     PSYCHLIT.SMM    Imports and Parses the downloaded PsychLit 
  63.             abstract file.  This macro is run automatically
  64.             by the psylitv.sty style sheet.
  65.     PSYLITV.STY    Style sheet for Viewing the abstracts on screen.
  66.             I allows you to use a nice readable font for reading
  67.             and to set the abstract off from the rest of the info
  68.     PSYLITP.STY    Style sheet for Printing the abstracts.  This allows
  69.             you to adjust the font size and margins to get the 
  70.             most on a page.
  71.     PSYCHCUT.SMM    Deletes the abstract on the current page.  Must be 
  72.             used in the view mode (i.e., using PSYLITV.STY)
  73.             which shows only one abstract on the page.
  74.     PSYCNEXT.SMM    Moves down one page to bring you to the next abstract
  75.             when in view mode. It's the same as hitting CTRL-PGDN
  76.     PSYLITRT.SMM    Re-totals the abstracts after you have edited or 
  77.             deleted them.  Also re-types the index.
  78.     PYJNLIST.SMM    Creates an alphabetical list of the abstracts by 
  79.             journal title so you can actually get all the articles
  80.             from a journal without having to come back when you
  81.             find another lower on the list.
  82.     PYBIBLIO.SMM    Creates an Official APA style reference list of all
  83.             the abstracts.  This is the best one of all!!
  84.     EXAMPLE.SAM     This is a PsychLit abstract file that has been 
  85.             imported and parsed by the PSYCHLIT.SMM macro.
  86.     JNEXAMPL.SAM    This is a sample Journal list file generated from
  87.             EXAMPLE.SAM.
  88.     BIBEXAMP.SAM    This is a sample APA Reference file generated from
  89.             EXAMPLE.SAM
  90.     ALL.TXT        This is an actual PsychLit Download file.  This will
  91.             show you what one looks like and give you a chance
  92.             to try the macros.
  93.     REGULAR.TXT    This is the same abstracts as in ALL.TXT but I have 
  94.             Limited the fields that were downloaded by PsychLit.
  95.             These are also what might be considered the minimum
  96.             fields that must be downloaded for the macros to 
  97.             work.

  99. The other files are named to go with the appropriate macros.  *.STY files 
  100. go in your STYLES directory.  All *.SMM, and *.BMP go in your MACRO 
  101. directory.  All the *.SAM files goe in your DOCS Directory.

  103. I am offering these file in hopes of stimulating others to put Amipro Macros
  104. on CICA.Indiana.  I am offering these as shareware.  If you find
  105. these macros to be useful, please compensate me $5 for the many 
  106. hours I spent perfecting these macros (about 40+ hours for AUTOLETT.SMM
